Effective date: June 24, 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and Mirolim Yadgarov ("we", "us") governing your use of the MyBudget AI mobile application ("the App"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. The service

MyBudget AI is a personal finance manager that lets you record transactions, manage wallets and budgets, track goals and debts, and receive AI-generated insights. All of your data is stored locally on your device.

3. Not financial advice

The App is provided for informational and organizational purposes only. AI-generated insights, tips, forecasts, and calculations are not professional financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice. We do not guarantee their accuracy or completeness. Always consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions. You are solely responsible for your financial choices.

4. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

5. Subscriptions

The App offers a free tier and an optional Premium subscription (MyBudget AI Premium).

Pricing (may vary by region and is shown in-app before purchase): approximately $3.99 per month or $34.99 per year.
Subscriptions are billed to your Apple ID and managed by Apple.
Auto-renewable: your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
Manage or cancel anytime in your device's App Store account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies; we cannot issue refunds directly.
If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase the subscription.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: misuse the App; attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with it except as permitted by law; use it for any unlawful purpose; or interfere with the third-party services it relies on.
