1. ABOUT THE APP

Medly AI is a medication tracking and reminder application with AI-powered features. The App is designed to help you manage your medication schedule, track doses, and access AI-based health information.

The App is an organizational and informational tool only. It is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• AI-generated information (drug explanations, interaction checks, lab analysis, health tips) is for informational purposes only • Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making any medical decisions • Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information provided by the App • In case of a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately

1. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS

The App offers a free tier and a Premium subscription:

Free features: medication tracking, reminders, dose history, pill counting, weekly statistics, wellbeing logging.

Premium features (require subscription): AI assistant, lab results analysis, medical translator, weather health tips, medication photo scan, drug explanation, interaction check, wellbeing AI analysis.

• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account • Prices: Monthly ($2.99/month), Annual ($24.99/year) • Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period • You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions • No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods

1. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

By using the App, you agree to: • Provide accurate medication information for your own safety • Not rely solely on the App for critical medication management • Set up and verify your own medication reminders • Keep your device updated and the App up to date • Not use the App for any unlawful purpose

All content, design, code, and branding of Medly AI are owned by the developer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
