Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using Medly AI ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. ABOUT THE APP

Medly AI is a medication tracking and reminder application with AI-powered features. The App is designed to help you manage your medication schedule, track doses, and access AI-based health information.

1. NOT MEDICAL ADVICE

The App is an organizational and informational tool only. It is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• AI-generated information (drug explanations, interaction checks, lab analysis, health tips) is for informational purposes only • Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making any medical decisions • Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information provided by the App • In case of a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content.

1. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS

The App offers a free tier and a Premium subscription:

Free features: medication tracking, reminders, dose history, pill counting, weekly statistics, wellbeing logging.

Premium features (require subscription): AI assistant, lab results analysis, medical translator, food scanner, weather health tips, medication photo scan, drug explanation, interaction check, wellbeing AI analysis, doctor's report, cloud backup, and sharing your schedule with a caregiver (“Caring for someone”). Premium is required by the person who shares their schedule; someone who only looks after another person uses the feature without a subscription.

• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account • Prices: Monthly ($2.99/month), Annual ($24.99/year) • Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period • You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions • No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods

1. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

By using the App, you agree to: • Provide accurate medication information for your own safety • Not rely solely on the App for critical medication management • Set up and verify your own medication reminders • Keep your device updated and the App up to date • Not use the App for any unlawful purpose • Share your medication data with a caregiver only with that person's agreement and only with people you trust. The caregiver feature is meant for mutual help by consent; its notifications are a convenience and must never be relied upon as medical supervision

• If you suggest a medication to the person you care for, you are responsible for the accuracy of what you send. A suggestion is not medical advice, it appears in that person's list only if they accept it, and it never replaces a prescription or a pharmacist's instructions
• Before accepting a medication suggested to you, check the name, dosage and times against your own prescription. What is in your list remains your responsibility

1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, design, code, and branding of Medly AI are owned by the developer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
